We are slowly gathering things for our trip to the Carolinas. We plan to leave very early on the morning of April 23, a Tuesday and transit the country via Interstate 40. We want to get to the areas of interest for exploration of possible relocation. We would like to check out the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near Lenoir or Brevard and then look towards Traveler's Rest in South Carolina before considering an area in the southwest of Charlotte, NC called Waxhaw.
